Adolfo

Bryan, a third-generation farmer who, with his family, transformed their farm into a specialty coffee operation. After inheriting part of the land in 2017, Bryan faced challenges like rust disease and low prices but worked with IHCAFE experts to produce microlots.

Together with his parents, Juan Adolfo and Maria Dolores, they converted Finca Adolfo to focus on high-end coffee. Initially growing Lempira, Bryan diversified into higher-potential varieties. The farm covers 11 hectares of coffee and 1 hectare of protected forest with a natural spring.

Despite labor challenges, they continue improving the farm with new varieties and solar drying beds.
