This coffee opens with gentle blackberry notes, rounded by hazelnut and a smooth chocolate finish.
As an espresso, it shines with milk: the fruitiness stays subtle while the chocolate and hazelnut deepen into a creamy, satisfying profile.
Brewed as a filter, it’s soft and approachable not too strong, yet still full-bodied with that familiar chocolate warmth and delicate hints of berry and nuts.

Los Delirios

Finca Los Delirios, founded by Daniel Canales in the
small municipality of Pueblo Nuevo, is now managed
collectively by his three sons—Milton, Donal, and
Norman. Together, they cultivate Typica, Caturra, and
Bourbon coffee varieties across different plots on the
farm. This collaborative effort reflects their shared
dedication to maintaining the farm’s standards and
advancing sustainable coffee growing throughout the
region.

The farm gained international recognition when they won first place in the 2004 Nicaragua Cup of Excellence.
